The project mainly presents the feeling from the housing estates built in the 1980s in Prague, where public amenities, working opportunities, greenery, parking but also a connection to the centre of the city was lacking. The house on the housing estate Háje for 156 people serves as a refuge for people, who are depressed and do not have the energy to escape from it. It is located in the centre of a panel-house built-up area and builds on the urbanism and architecture of the housing estate from the 1980s. Any person can occupy any chamber in the upper part of the structure, to which s/he gets by climbing the rope ladder. He/she can then stay as however long in his/her depressive state, without anything distracting him/her. The entire house is 200 metres long, 10.5 metres wide and 22 metres high. The structure is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete.
